  • Bueno!!

  • Do you fucking idiots even know who he was? or do you need an education you hood rats? and you know who you are!!!!!!!!!

  • *better

  • Omg this song is way bettet played by benny goodman

  • makes me wan to put on my shined shoes a nice vest a colbert a fedora and start swinging

this said by a 16 year old

  • This makes me want to loosen my bowtie, flick off my dress shoes and start dancing!

  • @jazzalex22 There are bands, nowadays, playing swing, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Royal Crown Revue, and some others.

  • is this the original or is Benny Goodman's the original?

  • @drking9313 This is the original. but in my opinion, both are amazing

  • @drking9313 - Louis Prima wrote the song and recorded it first. It was originally called "Sing, Bing, Sing" for Bing Crosby, but Bing himself recommeded the title be changed so as not to potentially limit appeal for the song.

  • BLA BLA BLA BLA luis is amazing BLA BLA BLA music isnt waht it used to be BLA BLA BLA Justin Bieber, katy perry, Lady Gaga. the type of comment is pretty standard on all old jazz songs

  • @uur8 and on most "classic" artist songs. It makes me kind of sick how people can't get over a handful of artist (I don't enjoy them myself) and listen to good music. Just because they're popular doesn't mean this era is totally void of great music.

  • Oh, Louis. <3

  • Louis grew up New Orleans and used to pass himself off as a mulatto to play with black musicians without causing a scene. He also wrote 'Robin Hood' a huge hit that made Les Brown a star. Later, in the 1950's he and Keely Smith were king and queen of Las Vegas even before Sinatra.. Louis Prima was just amaing thanks for sharing this!

  • I wonder if he was actually as happy as he appeared. I hope so. He seems like a good man.

  • Yolanda & DCUP suck

  • Louis Prima and Keely Smith are the original Sonny and Cher

  • love this song. havent listened to goodman's version, but i like listening to the original artist perform it

  • Makes me want to give someone a heart attack.

  • @TonyBranston Those are my mother's books!!

  • KING OF SWING!!!

  • Hmmm, I prefer the Benny Goodman version. I was actually....*bored* listening to this, which is saying a lot considering how much I love music and how eclectic my taste is... :-/

  • I played sing sing sing in jazz band.....and performed a clarinet solo.

  • Gilmore girls brought me here.

    Gret music!

  • "80" to 85

  • I haven't played my trumpet in over 25 years, but when i hear songs like this, I can't help but feel inspired to dust it off and at least TRY and learn it.

Damn! this is good stuff! A hell of alot better than that "Autotune" crap you hear on the radio nowadays. I'm not an old geezer either... I'm 45

  • @MrTomfoolery1966 You're still old as fuck though.

  • @Dimunic 45 is not old as fuck dude lol

  • @bobdolelostbad 45 is definately not a geezer. 60-70 is old as fuck.

  • @KevariGrazyInarista no Id say 8-85 your getting to "quite" old. The Life Ex. age now is 77. I think old as fuck would be getting closer to 95 now. Its common place to be over 90

  • @bobdolelostbad i agree.

  • @KevariGrazyInarista thank you :-D>

  • @Dimunic 45 is old. Fuck is a good deal older than that, though.

  • Music is ruined nowadays............ This is true music!!!

  • A classic. Has a Klez feel to it, but Prima's not a Jewish name. (that's a joke, son)

  • hah,i thought i saw Robert DeNiro in the picture :))

    nice song :-?

  • I was born to late for these years. My oh my what have i missed T_T

  • this guy was an entertainer..the best..there will never be another like him

  • Some great triple tongueing there....... not easy.........Terry

  • "I'm lovin it" not the mickkie d's way but louie primas way

  • 3:01 does he start playing yankee doodle?lol

  • This guy and the band is so good. how come I never of louis prima before?!! brilliant.

  • @bobbylockes he never had a big hit, and when people heard him after 1990, they thought he was copying David Lee Roth.

  • @SoEyeSay

Louis Prima had a big hit in europe with Bouena sera in 1958. Just a gigolo/I ain't got nobody medley was a big hit for him in 1957. That medley became his signature song.

  • I'm a first trimester fetus and I LOVE this song!!!! (And yes, my mom's womb has wifi!!!) ;-)

  • @kqr573v2 ...what? Uhh....

    Ok....

  • Sweeet,... this makes me wanna run outside and dance my ass offf. This is great music kids.

  • WOW, that is the best !

  • how come every time i look at the comments to a old song from any genre there is always a 14 year old boy or girl that has to let everyone know that they like the song playing and there age ?

  • @doingwork1000 I know! Honestly, YOUR AGE DOESN'T MATTER, PEOPLE! Everyone can appreciate good music. Jeez...

  • Magical! The guy was a musician's musician. Thanks Mr. Prima.

  • Best song ever! I wish we still had music like this

  • This was in the 1995 film 'Casino'!: :) .

  • Saw Louis Prima Jr. and his own "Witnesses" perform this song on December 8 at the Fremont Street Experience. It was in honor of his dad's 100th birthday (RIP Louis - born on 12/7/1910). Anyway, they did a great job on this one. One of my favorites - and I guess a lot of people don't realize that Louis Prima wrote this one (even though Benny Goodman had the big hit with it!) Thanks for posting!!

  • Louis Prima was amazing. He's just made songs that make you laugh. He along with Dizzy Gillespie and Louis Armstrong in a way wanted to make the world laugh. Prima was actually good friend of Louis Armstrong BTW. I could figure out in his later stuff he got tired because he was ill. Prima actually did live a good life. Boy I wish music was like this today. Guys I wish Justin Bieber could just leave the world. Look at what he has done to music today along with Lady Gaga, Ke$ha and Katy Perry.

  • @jazzalex22 I met louis prima jr. I got his autograph for my band instructor.

  • @jazzalex22 You should check out Gabby Young & Other Animals. I know for a fact they definitely channel the Louis Prima love for music which lifts you.

  • @revere ...No they don't....too indy pop shit

  • @jazzalex22 i feel the same way my friend... this music gives off such a nice vibe. brightens the heck out of my day.

  • @jazzalex22 Correction Justin Bieber is a she or an it

  • @Pavlic3397 That's not fair. You are saying girls are the equivalent of Justin Beiber

  • @jazzalex22 Yet again though all music should be praised because somebody truely put their life and time into it. That doesn;t mean that you can't like it though

  • @jazzalex22 its not really their fault. Their puppets to the Pop Top 40 industry. They really truely think their artists :)

  • @jazzalex22 Brilliantly put.

  • @jazzalex22 it's quite stupid blaming justin bieber, lady gaga, kesha and katy perry.they wouldn't be so REVELANT in music industry if they didn't MILLIONS OF FANS BUYING THEIR DAMNED SONGS AND ALBUMS.now leave the artists alone and blame fans that are selling out their concerts.am so sick of you people whining.go and get your own contract and start singing.

  • Thank you...

The logical step after hearing a remix is to listen to the original.

    And... I LIKE.

  • @jaapinhollanding

Is this a re-mix, or, the original?

  • @tthomaselli2

    This is the original! :D

The remix can be found when searching for "jazzbit-sing sing sing"

  • THANKS FOR IT :D:D:D

  • Oh god, thank you for this.
