@JAKKY1967 I agree with Ian. Parkour is more of getting to point A and B in the most fluid way possible. Free Running involves more spins and flashy movements. Don't generalize things for it is impossible for anything to be generalized and simplified. Everything in existence has it's own complex systems that make it what it is. So before you go "bashing newbs", remember there will always be a smart-ass to make you feel stupid :P. It's ignorant to argue on Youtube anyway.
