  • I heard that Angela Rippon & Julia Sommerville were on an ageism campaign with the BBC for older women to be paid the same pay as their male presenter counterparts; theyre paid about 20k, the guys about 400k or something.

    But Angela , aren’t you just grateful they used a pun on your name...Rip-on...Rip-off...Gedd­it? The Angela Rip-off...its really witty. definately worth it, i think.
