Mandalay is our ancestors lived for many decades. but now, i heard the news that Chinese people invade to Mandalay and chinese tradition and culture are taking place over our Myanmar Tradition and Culture. I am afraid and worry that one day, our Tradition and Culture are disappear. :(
Not only Mandalay! Now they have extended their territory to the capital Rangoon! They have all those well-oiled money making machines by trading heroin and then launder money by invading our homes and business! My dad said that the only business real Burmeses do nowadays is selling land!!
anyway, a new legislation should be enacted to protect our lands(I wonder who is gonna be bother), otherwise our Burmese people, traditions and culture , all gonna be extinct as Native Indians in America!!
it does not matter how long i have lived in abroad i am still a pure Burmese. this song make me cry.i terribly miss those places: places where my ancestors(paternity side) lived for many decades: where my dad and all his siblings were born and where i grew up with my two sisters! i love to visit there some day.
