Besides looking in pounds and inches where could i get some more ifo about foods that we can eat? Do you know if we can eat Turkey meat with out the visible fat of corse..and pickles? And what lotion can we use on our skin? Thanks..

I left a message on ur main channel about this. For some reason I couldn't get the reply to work on this comment earlier. Yes, you can eat lean turkey, but not deli meat. Deli meat has sugar in it. I believe you can eat pickles as long as it doesn't have sugar in the ingredient. Read labels carefully. Lotions that are not oil-based should be fine. Hope that helps :) Have a great weekend!

We can have liquid amino in moderation :) The store in Berkeley is Berkeley Bowl, there are 2 of them. One is brand new and huge. I just found out from a friend that it is not that much cheaper that Whole Foods. Cya on FB.

The Liquid Amino is like Soy Sauce...YUMMY! Ya gotta get some. I bought a big bottle, but I also bought the spray, so I don't put to much. Try it, you'll like it :)

Duct Tape IS the best invention in the world! I agree. I was freezing the entire time on HCG and still freezing come to think of it... you are burning crazy amounts of calories, so it kinda messes up our thermostats inside... at least that's my theory, I am sticking to it! LOL.

Sounds like my house at minute 8:20! Oh brothers... no love... only beatings!
