It's " Wie geht's Heidi?" Or "Wie geht es dir/Ihnen?" Or "Wie geht es dir Heidi?" Or "Wie geht's dir Heidi?" You've forgotten the " ' ".

It's not " Ich bin gut, und Sie?" = (I'm good, and you?) It's "Mir geht's/geht es gut, und dir/Ihnen" = (I'm fine, and you?)

1 = "Eins"!
