he shud go home. but keep a carer there with him and put hidden cameras in the house, then if any of his siblings do anything to him the carer can return him to the safer place :) good luck kid, your gunna need it .

This is absolutely ridiculous.. I can't believe how bad the system can get in certain areas. To even have a loophole to allow this to happen is absurd.

Children in state foster care have disappeared, never to be seen again. Without cause, and minus all reasoning, this child has not been allowed to speak to his siblings. This has to stop in Bexar County CPS in San Antonio. The three boys have begged to attend court for six years and recently one was able to attend via satellite!

We need to review the cases of teenage children in foster care.
