i normally gett moving the bolts around till they get stuck, hammer and move them back, repeat it untill its all good!

How do you take off rounded nuts ive got these better bearings but one wheel nut it rounded and i cant put them on one of the wheels so i have abec 3's on three wheels and these crappy Abec 5's on one HELP!

They might do it for free. Depending on alot of things, ect. I've moved since i started, in the old Skate lab shop i used to buy my boards in. they would only charge you if it would take too long. ect if you'd buy a whole board they'd put it together for you. and problably fix it for free. but, where i've moved, they charge extra for putting the board together. I guess you'll have to ask them.

Thunders er nice trucks. good quality. You bought them low, perhaps if they are too low buy a higher wheel. ect low goes good with 53 - 54mm wheels.

I always buy standart size trucks and 52mm wheels. They match nicely.

Thanks Mae this reaqlly helped me I thought I was fucked as i haven't got enough cash to buy a new deck and trucks. I just got a new deck and cleaned the bearings and 1 nut on each trcuk was dodgy. I'm gonna get one of those tools. Thanks again

yeah the trucks should be the same width as ur board. a good way to tell is to touch ur palm to the board and keep ur hands straight and touch ur fingers to the trucks if that makes sense

This is probably pretty bad for you. Once you get it started, it should thread fairly easily. If it is stuck, you may have cut threads into the threads that already existed or you put in on without aligning the threads
