@peacebewu when your going for the second one. you gotta kick your first leg high and swing your hips. keep arms close to your hips and kick with the other leg even higher. It will take time to get them so don't worrry.
soo when u flare ur kinda holding with only 1 hand cuz when i did my flare and tried getting around my whole body was still straight i think cuz i wasnt switching that fast but ill try it =)

@jochefdeleon its better if you kick to the side. if your kicking in the front ( its the wrong way) and later on when you wanna do combos it will be harder.
This tutorial is hella good, but I have trouble with my first flare, like I need to move my hips or something, when I kick and both of my legs are in the air, I can't move them that well back into the standing position (I go clockwise)
@oregon1704 umm try bending in your foot. (point your toes towards your legs. so it could be more straight, trust me this helps and try leaning with your right arm more and keep practicing on kicking your left leg. let me know if it doesn't work out.
