I was there filming a documentary, we had a large camera, tripod and microphone and we had no problems with the police, in fact, they even answered our questions on camera!
We need to realize the police in this situation are not the enemy. We just look like morons arguing with them when they're just doing their jobs. Yelling at security and spray painting the street isn't going to do ANY good. We need to document this like professionals so hopefully we can reach more people!
