I used a YT remedy for fire ants and it worked great I mixed up boric acid they recommend I use sugar but since the ants love honey I used it instead and boy did it work they were gone from my front door something quick. Ron Paul 2012
@hwarang97- I heard the same thing. A bed bug will actually climb the wall and ceiling, get over what it wants to get to then drop onto the target. WTF!
In soviet russia Bedbugs climbs on the WALLS and then to the roof, walk to the spot that is above you, and then fall down on your bed. This won't work.
Bed bugs climb on walls regardless of the country. But, they also climb on bed legs, too. So, as a detection method, the Climb Up Interceptors do work.
I live in an apartment complex and our apartment was one of many that people were getting bitten. We got bit for months, threw out beds and furniture and wasted tons of money trying to figure out the cure. I did months of research while being eaten alive. Go to the local feed store and buy a bag of powder Diatomaceous Earth dust your ENTIRE house, leave for 2 days, vacuum then put a line of it around all baseboards. 3 weeks bite free so far!!! It works!!
vacuum carpets, spray them with 91% alcohol then put box and mattress in plastic slips, use double stick tape on beds legs, keep bed away from wall, nothing should be against the bed e.i. draped linen , spray shoes with alcohol and keep them in a clear plastic bag, inspect garments before wearing, wash everything hot water including all linens, create a trap with black item with zipper and inspect then spray them and should be laying on the floor, grind down silica cat litter put powder around
HOMEMADE INTERCEPTOR TRAP: I used 2 plastic containers per bed leg from food products Put bed leg inside the smaller container, and then use a larger container on the outside to form a mote. Make sure the sides of the 2 containers don’t touch. Use masking tape on the outside of the larger container so bugs can climb in. Use a cotton ball and lightly coat all sides of the two plastic containers with talc baby powder, except outer masking tape side. Wash out once a month and re-apply talc.
@SpiderMann3 Hockey tape works better than masking tape to make it easy for bed bugs to climb in. Hockey tape is also cheaper than bandage tape. (get the white hockey tape)
@prettyproblem16 you idio.. that's what the powder on the inner walls is for, so they won't be able to climb out, and the tape is to help them climb in... get the idea? try to understand before making such a moro.... comment
For lubricating the interceptors, use talcum baby powder. Baby powders contain talcum or cornstarch. Talcum power is more slipery to bed bugs than cornstarch power, just avoid inhaling talcum baby power when applying as it is very bad for the lungs. Only use the cornstarch baby powder on children, it is much safer than talc.
hey how about if those nasty bed bugs crawl onto you and bite you ? Even on my clothes those bed bugs crawl on, these bugs really annoy me when i'm a sleep a month i didn't sleep tight.
I just use cans at the bottom of my bed frame legs, put oil in them and they work great. First time I tried this method, when I woke up in the morning there were about 10 bedbugs drowned in the oil.
