I would have the camera follow the engineer for the first 15 seconds, then panning out to show the demoman coming the stairs. Finally, I'd place the camera behind the teleporter to get a full view of the charge. :3

Edit this shit. There is no reason to have a 30 second video if the action happens in 5-6 seconds of it.  The setup begins when the demoman is coming up the stairs, not when the engineer places a teleporter exit down.
