Good observation skills. They are, indeed, related. The all belong to a bigger group (order) called Hemiptera. They all have modified mouthparths that allow them to pierce and suck. Some of them are predators (they suck other bugs juice), some of them feed on plant sap (and potentially transmit plant diseases), some of them feed on blood. Just like the one depicted in this video.
