  • its A BIAS there was call after this call in which i applogized to this guy and told him that it was all meant for the people responsible for over loading the network with jazz numbers and not catering to the service level issues. and that he was at the receiving end because he was put there to take shit for the guys hiding in there beck offices. the third call should also be put there. some mard ka bacha from mobilink should attach the third call too, PLZ someone from mobilink DO IT PLZ

  • THAT Call is 100 and 1 % Real.... this guy had realy loss that amount of money... Customer care officer was then given some appreciation by the management for not losing his cools... in Short this is not a fake call...

  • If he indeed lost his bloody money, he should have gone to the mobilink head office. called out the managers, and said all that to them. i wouldnt have had a problem with that. Customer service ppl are only there to resolve your problems, not listen to your useless fucked up comments. Especially when its not their fault, and especially when they cant do any thing to fix it.
