Basically, the meaning of this song is me being frightened of being placed into a box. People EXPECT one thing from me while my heart commands me to do different things. I know all the "rap" fans are shitting on this because it's different than what they're used to. But the imagery of this song is amazing. It paints a picture. Not a specific one, but one of emotion. The lyrics reveal just enough to where I don't know exactly what he's talking about (i'm sure it isn't literal stage fright), but I know exactly how he feels. And that's how you make everlasting music.

@reppn863 I disagree, respectfully. Sticking to rap, Coast will be another fish in the ocean. He's a dope rapper, no doubt, but creating this new HSLB sound will solidfy him as an artist and make him a big shark and force to recon with in the entire music industry, not just one genre. The game needs artists like Coast. He is what makes Music worth it when your struggling. Sit back and marinate the sounds, homie, open up a Modelo or spark a blunt, you'll know what I'm talkin bout.
