I don't like the way the boob are looking. Not quite real enough. I believe you are relying on just the bra cups to support the balloons. You need to find a way of hanging the neck of the balloons from the inside of the shoulder strap. Maybe sow in a ring to tie the balloon to. This will fill the space between the shoulder and cup, giving a better impression that the boobs are hanging from your chest.

Secondly, can you find a better way of videoing yourself? Getting the camera higher?
