These two ushered in the 60s with style and class. The chemistry that Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore had was wonderful. Playful, sweet, funny and sexy. As a viewer, you brought into the fact that these two truly loved each other

In fact it worked so well that people thought they were married. Both actors said that when the series was originally on the air, if they were seen out in public with their real life spouses, folks actually frowned upon it demanding to know where the other one was!
