Honestly, to propose to someone in Disneyland or Walt Disney World is probably the best place to do it. Disney is the place "where dreams come true."

I worked at Disneyland last summer, and got to see just a couple of proposals, but apparently, on Valentine's Day there were several dozen that one night in front of the castle before the fireworks.
