I intentionally and deliberately violated a court summons to appear for jury duty and am awaiting arrest for this violation. I am indigent and homeless due to the corruption of 12 judges.

In Australia judges are not accountable, juries don't hear all the facts with evidence withheld, there is no search for the truth and the rich get better results because they can afford a better lawyers. I was arrested twice for low range DUI and that's been whiped from my record because it was over ten years ago and your record in Australia only lasts for ten years (for minor stuff, or that's what they say).
But yeah i've been told because of it i'll NEVER be called for jury duty!!
How the fuck does that work when judges have been done drink driving and they're still Judges???
I wouldn't suggest anyone trying this because jury duty selection is based upon voter registration and Dep't Of Motor Vehicles. In otherwords, you have to be mentally competent in order to drive. They could yank your license if they think you have a change in health status. Just like seizure disorder or stroke victims are not allowed to drive.
Don't get out of jury duty. Get on the jury, then do what's right, without regard to the law. They will bitch moan and threaten, but ignore that nonsense.
An easier way is when they send you the summons and survey form, simply write on the survey form, "If I hear of any suppressed witnesses, testimony, or evidence, I can no longer be objective and will automatically find for the other side." For years, I kept getting jury summons (Random my a**) and after sending that, I was immediately excused and haven't received a jury summons since.

After sitting on one Civil Jury, one criminal and one Grand Jury, I learned first hand that the court system is NOT based on the "Truth," but instead who can manipulate or even corrupt the truth to their advantage. So I have a RIGHT to say that, "If I hear of any suppressed..." Think about it!!

I feel it's better to have ten guilty go free than to have one innocent in jail. If you feel the system is flawed then it is your civic duty to serve and uphold the laws of this country. Instead, you choose to whine and run. Dont be a coward. Cherish your chance to be an honest juror.
@lizard944 ROTFL You been called but, I seriously doubt that you've ever sat on a Jury and had to make a tough choice. No doubt you've watched some court room dramas on TV, but sitting there on a Grand Jury, watching an ADA try to railroad someone (More than a few times), by suppressing witnesses, evidence and testimony is enough for any Juror to simply want to get up & walk out of chambers. As for being a coward, I'm a former Marine and a veteran line firefighter, who has done my time,.JERK!
@lizard944 If your intent is to uphold the laws of the country, then I hate to burst your bubble, but serving a jury duty is systematically insignificant. Going to jury duty and saying you were useful in fixing the system is like running up-river and saying you were useful in stopping the flow of the river. Sure, you made a ripple or two, but its nothing compared to the overwhelming current you have no ability to control. Jury duty is a waste of your time, given your intent.
Actually the government prefers to have idiots as jurors, because they can be more easily manipulated by statist propaganda. The people they try to screen out are the independent thinkers.
if you are christian you don't believe in judging (sentencing) others, especially not in a system that sends people to jail for life for crimes they didn't commit
I stared in the corner of the room and counted to 10 to myself before answering any question. Also made them repeat the question a couple times. Lawyers couldn't throw me out fast enough!
