Song is of his uncle. I know because I once heard Shafqat Ali Khan sing this song and claim it was a composition of his uncle's.

How time flies....I was fortunate to have attended a concert of Ustad Salamat Ali Khan, Ustad Nazakat Ali Khan, as well as, Latafat Ali Khan and Shafqat Ali Khan way back in the early 80's when I was studying in Ottawa, Canada. I still have the autographs of all four....!? I do hope and pray that the sons would carry with the great Gharana of these two legendary Ustads.
