hey joey that how i want to get like how you look here skinny build not like how you look now no offense is that i perfer being skinny build how can i get like this do i got to workout and do cardio everyday???
@smoovovi Hey, thanks i think!?? I was doing cardio every day and weights every day with one day rest after 2 days. i was down to 3% bodyfat.The key is body composition, not weight.
@JoeyVaillancourt ohh but wouldnt your muscle not grow since your dong cardio everyday dosent that stop muscle grow and also umm is it necesary to do cardio in the morning or anytime like at 8:00 at night will it show the same results and i meant that in a good way u look great keep it up
@smoovovi Yeah, your not going to gain muscle while trying to just lose fat..best bet is to try and hold onto it thats all. No offense taken about the look, lol. I wanted to be 155lbs 3%bodyfat, not many people can say they made it to 3%. all the best
@EricB042389 This is for Fitness Modelling.. Its not a bodybuilder category so weight doesnt come into play. Basically, they are looking for a general 'look' lean atheletic, toned and defined along with charisma and enthusiasm on stage..

Yeah the motocross rider idea was my way of being different from the regular ides most competitors go with..and yeah I could have posed a bit longer. Honestly when your up there, it feels much longer :)
