anyone who loves NIN should find a common appreciation for the similar audio aesthetic quality that Tool has. If you can't see that, well...pry open your third fucking eye and recognize the art as it is. Maynard and Trent are the rarest of breeds when it comes to artist's still making music in the rock genre, always pushing the boundaries of conscious awareness through lyrics and sound -- and never selling out or following some cliche' formula to sell songs that are faker than barbie!!!

@ergotamine777 Totally agreed you really can't compare both of their early works but as both bands developed and matured with time they seemed to get slighlty bit more similar especially with APC and their works with Danny Lohner AKA Renholder( Red Lohner Backwards) the A-motion album by APC is a true example of this...also Trent and Maynard worked together on a band named Tapeworm there is some contreversy attached to this Passive on E-motive was a Tapeworm song called Vacant Trent was pissed

I went to see NIN in Orlando and maybe might have taken a psychedelic and TRIPPED NUTS TO BALLS. It was the most amazing thing I have ever witnessed. I didn't need the help. The show alone was more than enough. LOVE YOU TRENT!

I was straight back at this show. Incredibly cool, and from where I was, you couldn't even tell the screens. It was pure awe. Definitely worth the wait!!! And this is one of my favorite graphics from the show, second to the flashlight. It's going to be pretty hard to beat that one.
