Right now, with the top 3% of rich people paying 40% of overall taxes, they are being taxed at about a 30% average rate. If you taxes them 187% immediately, it would only pay our dept bills for 39 days. This should be a fine example of why it is important to create jobs as a 1st priority, which is what Rubio wants.

These people do not understand that punishing business owners with high taxes eliminates jobs and the very tax revenue that pays their welfare and food stamps. If they knew what they were talking about, they would drop the class warfare and support low taxes on small business, so then welfare, SNAP, social security and other entitlements would be very well funded

But regardless, those jobs are being taken illegally by both citizens and non citizens. Those jobs could be given to those who are on welfare instead of just throwing money at the problem.
