  • love the ending omg!

  • @Thistledown17 Glad you liked it!

  • This is really really sweet. I don't typically ship this, but it was really sweet. :) Nice job!

  • @LucyHelenPevensie I'm technically a Caspian/Ramandu's Daughter shipper myself, but I like to indulge myself in Lucian occasionally. I'm glad you liked the vid!

  • omg... i never thought i'll cry! BEST VIDEO EVER

  • @cyndercindy Glad you liked it!

  • Oh my gosh. This has got to be one of the most beautiful vids I have seen for these two. When I was younger I always use wish that there could be some sort of romantic relationship between Lucy and Caspian and the one you gave them is sweet, lovely and perfect. Well done you did a wonderful job :0)

  • @ConzSis I'm glad you liked the vid!

  • I love this so much! Good choice in song too, Lucian is awesome!

  • @courttv89 I'm a guilty Lucian shipper, indeed. Glad you liked the vid!

  • @LadyLirenel Yeah it's very hard not to be lucian, especially seeing how close friends Ben Barnes and Georgie Henley are, they're so cute. And I always knew deep down Caspian cared about Lucy in the books, like the time when they were saying goodbye.

  • @courttv89 Book!Caspian and book!Lucy are what made me a Lucian shipper originally. I always ship canon, so I now ship Caspian/Ramandu's Daughter, But the seven year old in me still loves Lucian.

  • @LadyLirenel Yeah I'm the same way. Years ago i used to dislike Ramandu's Daughter because I wanted Lucy to be with Caspian. It wasn't until Suspian happened and as I got older and understood how real love and commitment worked I started suppoting Caspian and Ramandu's daughter.

  • @courttv89 Yup, that's pretty much exactly what happened, though I started shipping Caspian/Ramandu's daughter slightly earlier just due to principle.

  • Another amazing video- WOW! Goodness, I love your videos so much! And the ending had me tearing up- I feel like a romance movie loser, haha! XD Great job, I love it!

  • @FairyFalls Considering I'm not much of a romance person, I enjoyed making this so I'm glad you liked it! The end was really what inspired the rest of it, so I'm particularly glad you liked it.

  • Well I like you so that makes a difference..

  • @LillytheValiant Thanks, I like you too!

  • @LadyLirenel =)

  • oooooo my god this is amazin really really amazin i love ittt <3

  • @paramorita100 Thanks, glad you liked it!

  • Hmm what to say.... First let me complement you on how beautifully this was put together, especially the last scene. The music is one of my favorite songs, I think made it come together really well.

Being seriously against the pairing, did make it a bit harder to watch. I probably wouldn't have clicked on it, but you being one of my favorite video makers and using my favorite song... Resistance was futile. =P So once again, congrats and well done!

  • @LillytheValiant I'm glad you liked it; the last scene is actually the one I think turned out the best too. Some of the middle I'm not too keen on. (And I agree, 'So Close' is one of the best romantic songs!)

I'm actually a Caspian/Lilliandil fan, but when I was 7 I loved Lucian, and I haven't quite gotten over it. I'm glad you liked the vid anyway!

  • amazing!!!!♥♥LOL!gorgeous i love lucian/Luspian ♥ they are my favs!♥

  • @Nanyz7 Glad you liked it! The pairing is my guilty ship, but for some reason I love making vids for it. =D

  • @tessmarie333 Glad you liked it! I'm not as pleased with this vid as some of the others, but it was fun to get back to it.

  • Not a big fan of the pairing in general, but I still enjoyed this video anyway. You did a good job on it. I liked the song as well.

But...you didn't like the VDT movie? Really? I loved it. It's my favorite movie now and I'm stunned that there are quite a number of (sometimes down-right bitter)fans out there who didn't.

  • @lovetolovefairytales It's the pairing that my seven-year old self fell in love with, and I haven't quite gotten over it yet. I'm glad you still liked the vid, though!

I very much disliked the VODT movie. Not only was it a poor adaptation, which I was expected, but it was a badly made movie in general - it was all tell, not show, which is the opposite of what any good writer would tell you to do. I'm afraid I'm one of those bitter fans. =D

  • @LadyLirenel I disagree. I think good writers need to do both showing AND telling, and I think VDT did a good job with balancing it out, all the more so as it was shorter than the first two films. I don't actually mind bitter fans per-say because everyone's allowed their own opinon, I just get mad when said bitter fans get upset with me because I love the movie. They act like I'm stupid for enjoying it and seem to just assume I've never read the books (even though I have, many times).

  • @lovetolovefairytales There's telling, and then there's cringe-worthy lines like "Oh look, my healing cordial and dagger!" and "You're being tempted!" If you have to say that instead of just showing it, something's wrong.

However, I have no problem with people liking the movie - everyone's taste is different. And I liked the cinematography and Eustace, so there's that. It doesn't make one less of a book fan to like the movies! (I loved PC and a lot of fans hated that as well).

  • @LadyLirenel Well, to be fair, the BBC did plenty of telling (way worse, in my opinon, than VDT's "My healing cordial and dagger!" ever was) and bad acting, and precious few of the fans complained about that, because it was considered "true to the book", but the movie takes a few creative liberties and everyone seems to just freak out. BTW: I loved PC, too, I saw it like six times in theaters, I just thought VDT had an even better story, and I liked how they gave Rhince a daughter.

  • @lovetolovefairytales I couldn't watch the BBC version because the giant beavers seriously freaked me out. I will not defend them as good movies. I expected more out of VODT because of how good LWW and PC were - I felt VODT sank below them in script, though the acting was still excellent considering. I don't mind the liberties, either, thought I thought some of the changes could have been written better. Case in point, Gael was a good idea but they didn't do anything with her.

  • @LadyLirenel Gosh, I hated the giant beavers. The only BBC narnia movie I liked was silver chair. The girl they got to play Jill was actually a good actress unlike the rest of their cast. I hope walden media makes the silver chair someday, it would be nice to see Will Poulter return as Eustace in that.

  • @lovetolovefairytales Same here, the Silver Chair was the only one I watched all the way through, and thought it was pretty good considering. Will Poulter is great as well, I hope he gets to do the Silver Chair.
