Besides, it's 15 minutes of Starcraft for 30 seconds of a commercial. That's better than what you get with TV.

2. At 1:35 Naama says he can hear Day9

3. After Mana's pause, Naama immediately scouts him, uses bunker harass to delay him, and proceeds to slowly win with 1 base pushing

Naama seems to understand English (he types well in it), so he had a slight advantage. He knew where his opponant was and had about 90 seconds from hearing this until the end of the pause to come up with a strategy accordingly. Not a huge deal, but warranted a re-do.

@syarconde maybe YOUR version of standard scouting, we all scout differently. i prefer xel naga, cross position, if hes not in cross position get ready for early pressure while scouting the side positions. thats MY normal scouting, but yours is completely different. there is NO "standard" way to scout, we all do it diffferently.

@pmulav Probably also worth mentioning that Naama scouts at the normal time for most players (14), uses a normal build order against Protoss (1-rax tech lab into Marauders), and builds the Bunker after a full scout into Mana's base and notices that Mana has no vision near his ramp and is going one Gate-Cyber instead of two Gate. I really don't think there was any unfair advantage there.

As to his choice of direction- that's the shortest land distance spawn, worth checking first for early aggro.

@pmulav actually when it comes down to it, it wouldnt have made any difference. Regardless of if he heard him or not, you always scout close spawns first, ALWAYS. You do this because those are the positions you are most likely to get rushed in and will need to alter your build for. So it really didnt matter either way.

@zlac Indeed, when you SALVAGE a bunker, no matter how much damage it's taken, you get all the minerals (100) back. However, repairing it does still cost minerals which are never refunded, and if you cancel a bunker that hasn't finished building yet, I'm pretty sure you don't get all the minerals back (I want to say that you get 75 minerals back, but I could be wrong on that number).
