I think the story goes like this...
In ancient Switzerland there was a mad scientist who accidentally transformed his son Jerry into a blue blob. Jerry got upset and left the village. After a while he got cold and hungry so he headed back to town. Tiny mice men and lava birds were sent by the evil warlord/wizard/warlock to destroy the village and steal the secret of transforming children into blob monsters. The villagers are disgusted by Jerry's appearance when he returns to the ruined village.

Anyway, I was also watching that this version has a little "extra" part.
At 1:37 the village shown there, isn´t in the Snes (Smart Ball) version.
BTW I have the "ost" if you want it.

Sure, I wouldn't mind the OST. Level 1-B music is really good in my opinion.

This is game is damn good.
I have it, but under the title of "Smart Ball"
I think it has produced by an aerlier stage of "GameFreak", the pokemon dudes.
It has some catchy tunes

I agree there. This game seemed ot be underrated in my opinon as well. The music is really comforting as well.
