wow, i remember when i used to live in Yokosuka 2002-2004, i dont know how to drift but i enjoyed watching other people do their thing at Yokohama, i think the street was pronounced Namboo, Nanbu or something like that.

HAHA Its daikokufuto. Its a Yokohama Bay bridge turnout, Not a popular place to drift anymore though. Too many cops.  I have drifted there a few times.

Arigato! I was the guy running up and down trying to take in some good shots. Ideally, I would like to have gone down to ground level to get up close to the cars but that would have left me exposed to the coppers.

ground level will have a awesome sounds and tire smells but it might be bit hard to see

This was filmed around January of this year.There's normally a car exhibition just before the drifting event but wasn't early enough to catch that.Viewing was great from this spot but camera movements was severely restricted.Maybe next time and maybe with two cameras running.

heh i cuople nights at that joint. thats about all i could handle as other than a nearby mcdonalds, watching cars pull a uturn got OLD fast. nanbu wasnt too far and had the wide truck routes with plenty a draggers and drifters
