@YangyStyle. China and India still have Land Border disputes since 1962. In the future it wont be USA attacking China it will be a Nuclear Holocast between china and india if the land border dispute is not Settled.

India has never attacked another nation/region in the past 2000 years of civilization. That's 2 with three zeros!
Also, it is a secular democracy and not a threat in any way to USA unlike China or Russia.
Why is USA doing this? So that by channeling India's exponentially growing energy need towards nuclear, it can reduce the world competition when it comes to demand of more conventional fuel sources, something which the USA prefers to keep for itself.
also, why is any powerful nation, (irrespective of its geographical location or political situation) automatically a threat to US, of all the other countries in the world?
