Not unlikely at all Quigley. The show is based on Post 53, a real EMT emergency response program run by only high school students in Darien, CT. It is the only organization in the world to have high school students be first-response EMTs riding in ambulances unsupervised. The show was pulled off of Disney so they could redo their image with shows like That's So Raven and Sweet Life of Zach and Cody.

sory to ba a pain but they do get some of the meidcal stuf down right like anphaletic shock but there epi pen is not a needle like there because that is more of a needle and there intermeidate emts not advance or a paramedic plus they dont carry heart machines like that plus they need to be 21 inorder to drive an ambulance may be because it is in my state and plus emts in my state have to be 18 not 16 or 17 but this a good show ant body want to compare please comment

In the US you're supposed to be 18, but the real-life program the show's based on starts training kids at 14 and they begin work at 16, usually.

in my state this is an actual thing i am apart of it i am 15 i ride in an ambulance and help people a 17-18 year old drives the ambulance a 16-17 year old is the certified emt and there is also another 16 year old as an xtra emt our crew consists of 5 people driver rider EMT Xtra EMT and crew cheif, the person in charge of the crew
