Interesting to read your comment, I am going to fish Pulaski in under 2 weeks time, can you please suggest some of the best ways to catch fish in this excellent river?
look back at the fish when it was in the net then put on the stringer....hes got a "red fly" that he lifted in to the top of the salmons head. not a legal fish. the fish obviously didnt strike it because it cant see something that is on top of its head. i love pulaski but lifters are just lazy fishermen, there are a lot of different flies or patterns that the salmon actually hit
Thank you, I traveled from Ireland to fish the Pulaski, but i only got to fish it for a half day due to other travel commitments. Do you fish here often chuzac52?
it's actually called the salmon river not the pulaski river

Not an Atlantic but a landlocked pacific chinook salmon
