Exodus, Testament, Overkill (seriously under rated) are nice Thrash bands.
Black album had some decent-ish songs, but it wasn't a cohesive album. It was like the start of their decline. They sounded less Thrash as each album got churned out to appeal to the masses.
Out of the Thrash bands of today, I'd say Evile is one of the best.
