@ZombieProductions09 welcome to left 4 dead 2! you can use the special infected zombies (boomer, hunter, spitter, smoker, charger, jockey) in either the versus or realism versus modes. it's 4 v 4 game, but you can also have bots too if you don't have enough for a full lobby. you play each round twice: once as a survivor and then once as a special infected. you even have the possibility of becoming the tank! it's a very different gaming experience compared to playing as a survivor on a campaign.

@ZombieProductions09 its called xbox live! u have to pay for it basically internet in your xbox and you can be the infected when yur playing either scavenger mode or vs mode but you can also play on your computer just download the software and connect and then you can play online (you still have to pay to download the game on your computer)

@PlayingItOldSkool L4D2 now features all L4D1 maps, with the recent and final addition of Crash Course in the mix. I don't think L4D1 has been updated with any L4D2 elements though (melee, guns, special infected, etc).
