How can I get level 40 quickly ? I'm lvl 6 Might and I find it very fun (Especially that quake thing).

I also find the quests horribly long.

Question: There is a particular destiny I'm looking at and its in the sorcery/finesse destiny. The stat it has, has this one skill called "Dread." It utilizes Panic and I do not how this one works. How do you utilize Panic so I can fully utilize the Dread bonus?
