it couldnt be river... This song was released in 1996. Phoenix passed away halloween night 1993.

River did the original recording of this song before his death... it may have been tweaked and mixed differently since then, but that is definitely River's voice along with Rain's. Other recordings of his band, Aleka's Attic, have also been released since his death.

Rain is now in a band called "The Paper Cranes"...she is amazing! she sang in the streets of south america in the early 70's with rio!!! they were so angelic! colleen phoenixxxooo
