I was Wednesdays age when this show aired. We took for granted the simple humor these shows provided.

Today's TV is downright dysfunctional compared to the Adams Family.

I can't even make it through five minutes of todays TV programming, it's so lame.

My cable special incentive ran out this month, and I'm pulling the plug.

Ted Cassidy, who played Lurch, also provided the hand for Thing. He also did the voiceover narration for The Incredible Hulk TV show intro, as well as voicing all of the Hulk's roars for the show, until he passed away.

It's simply cleverly cut - the actor sticking his hand through the table simply disappears from under the table by the time the camera pulls back. Smartly done! :)
