I think it's safe to say that this is fan made and probably not "leaked." I've been to enough regular movie screenings to know that with some screenings, they take your phone for the length of a screening, And it just seems weird to have a secret viewing of a trailer. I know they do focus groups with trailers but there is usually follow up and the person who sent the video in probably would have mentioned that. Have you never felt the pride after making an accomplishment? Especially one this large where they had to have a whole team of amateurs to finish it. They had amateur actors, cinematographers, CGI animators and more working together to make a fake trailer. And then, for icing on the cake, test out how well they did by promoting it as if it was a leaked teaser. They're deceiving thousands with their hard work. That's the pay off.
