We had a Travler black and white floor model television in the 1950's. Very few people had tv's at that time. I was my father's remote control. "Go turn the channel to...Turn it up/down.Move the antenna this way/that way." What cable? Channel knob when it broke was turned with pliers.
@easye1989 Sorry, it disappeared in the 1960s when my father bought his first color set for the first Superbowl in 1967. Hard to realize there was a time when you had an option as to whether you wanted color or black and white. Some peole still preferred black and white as it sometimes had a better quality picture.
If you still had it I would have slapped money on the table for it
