funny- not ha ha funny, but funny , how we (kids, adults, 'tweens, youngun's in old bodies) find ways of getting the message across, even if it's a letter in preschool short-hand, dictated by the writer to the writer, while the best first teacher & video-taper is there, behind the camera (or near-by I bet).

Strangely this is SOOO like a BBC comedy programme that has just finished featuring a child called Karen... played by a little girl very like your Olive. I don't know if you can access the BBC iPlayer but if you can, watch Outnumbered, episode 2.
