This is a great escape and my default mount escape.

I find it a lot harder to escape if the top man has his feet touching each other under your butt. Grape Vines are also a ball ache to escape

Very nice instructional video but can you NOT put up your logo in the middle of the screen. It's very distracting and big. Maybe put the logo on the lower right area. Otherwise very nice video. Keep it coming and I hope to learn more. Thanks

Very good explained, but the problem is not here, it is when someone havs a high mount (sitting on your chest), what can you do from there?

In that situation you would need to use a different escape.

(My opponents allway's sit on my chest when they are on mount)

You'll need to get your elbows in on his thighs and move him down your body. Then start standard guard escapes.
