wperdigon > ".. Small Car Pulling Huge trailer ..'
The trailer in this video doesn't appear to be out of proportion to the car in this video. In case you haven't noticed, the trailer on a 18-wheeler is usually much larger than the truck itself. Same with many camper, boat, or utility trailers being towed behind pickup trucks. The rear of the car isn't sagging and the combination appears stable enough, so no big deal.
Maybe they can't afford to get 15mpg the 99.9% of the time that they're _not_ towing something (it looks to me like they're moving, and this way they won't have to transport the car separately).
trucks arent really that bad my f150 gets about 14 mpg in town and about 18 on the highway and my dads hybrid gets about 45 mpg always and i pay about $25 a week and he pays that much in 2 weeks and im extremely comfortable and can actually go in snow and in mud and have a very useful bed and a tool box and i can tow huge trailers and im higher up in the air and safer etc etc... while hes cooped up in his little unconfortable box with stiff as board seats, i think the extra $ is worth it...
That's amedium trailer at the very BEST. Little car was having NO PROBLEM pulling it.
