Some questions. Does astrology play an important role in Gnosticism? What about the idea that we are light beings trapped in a physical body limitd to 5 senses. What about reincarnation? Is Hermes Trismegistus related to Jesus? Who is the father of Jesus? Who is Ishtar's Gnostic counterpart? Does gnosticism mention anything about inside the earth..like underground beings? How many Gods are there? I think different people are Gnostic all over the world they just don't use that world.
I thought that my friend and I were alone in researching the real teachings of Yus Eisa Asaf (Jesus). I am so pleased to find that we are not alone. I wish their was a local group of Gnostics near us :(
Like those so called 'christians'. They fit too good in this evil world to be followers of christ. - All the prophets; all the saints had to fight and suffer. Read the bible!
"And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?"(Rev.6;9)
Where night ends and day begins - Have you ever noticed how still that time of the day is? Most of the times, the only sound you can hear are the sounds of birds just waking up. And if you bring that stillness within you through meditation, you can have amazing results.
Yeah, I have noticed that. I just feel that the individual makeup of the person can have something to do with spiritual receptiveness too. I've always been a night owl...I could be in bed and asleep by 6 PM and I would still feel groggy and tired if I woke up @ 4 am and would feel useless. However...if I went to sleep at 5 AM and woke up at 11 AM I would feel a lot more alert and ready. I'd imagine most people who would do a retreat would be morning people. No offense meant by that. =)
Inspiring video! Captures nicely the spiritual inspiration to be gained on a retreat :-)

Dawn is a very special time of the day :)
