All I really care about is seeing that legendary TD run he did in 03 or 04 against Philadelphia in a semi-final game. You know that year they went to the Super Bowl? I know DeShaun sucked most of his career and fumbled so much it was ridiculous.But this one run he did about 20 yards from the endzone was absolutely amazing. He had to of broke atleast six tackles in those short amount of yard and actually ran a defendor slap over. Do any other panther fans remember this awesome run?
Im a UCLA fan and it does not surprise me that foster never live up to his hype.....I mean the kid was so lazy at UCLA he illegally got handicap plates just to park close to his classes.
Stephen Davis Got to Carolina when he was on the decline and still put up 1400+ yards...Without him we don't to the Sb that year...When Davis was in his prime, he was a beast...There is no comparison...Foster is another NFL RB with potential that didn't do sh**...
Yeah he was better than Davis...after Davis had knee surgery. You've got to be an idiot to think that Foster was better than Davis was in his prime. Just about all of these pics show why Foster never was and never will be a reliable runner. The ball is tucked against his arm not his body.

Foster has never been a real good HB. He's been a good spell HB but nothing more. He has injury and fumble issues. He can't nor was he ever good enough to start. Deangelo should have been the starter since he was drafted. Foster is a good back up to a power HB.

I admit DeShaun delivered, but if I look over his NFL career, he was pretty much pegged to be a starting tailback from his rookie year and still going. One game shows you can play, but it is about how long you can stay.
Foster is going to get eventually replaced. He is one of the worst starting running backs in the league by far. How the Carolina organization still has faith in him being a premier back is beyond me.
