I have to agree with Sam....the background music is horrible and distracting. It takes away with your instructions. Please remove this particular piece of music (trash).
If you wish to add music, find a nice middle eastern song and record in on low volume.
Maybe some traditional Berber music from Morocco...I'm making lamb tonight...my Hubby is Moroccan...
