Save each different layer of the GIF with the image over it.

right click the picture and go to save as. Make sure the file format is .GIF

Yes, making one IS NOT DIFFICULT.

But figuring out how to get the background to blur with an image in front of it WITHOUT the cs3 popups yelling at you is difficult.

If there is a way other than putting a person in front of a regular background + then making the same image only with a blurred background + THEN going to lunapic, let me know :0
