Well it's hard to say but not as much as some ppl think. Maybe 20kg with helmet, sword, shield ;) But for sure - not more! All of that I wear with all body so it's not the same as you would pick such heavy item with hands only ;) As you see on other movies - I'm pretty fast, not as others :) Slow knights, unable to stand up after they fall is just a myth I'm fighting with ;)
