@vgman94 Crash's redesign is okay (along with Cortex's) since they look and act like the same character they were before somewhat. Half the cast are almost completely different however, if they want to completely new character bases they should use new characters.
The gameplay change isn't a bad thing, it was just executed in a flawed manner. They relied too much on the Titans gimmick and didn't put enough effort into unique level design and obstacles, making it really repetitive.
Finally a smart comment. I feel it was flawed in a different manner. Crash's flexible body makes for the ability to build a more elaborate & unique combat system, but they focused too much on the Titans (That wouldn't have been a bad thing if they Titans were more elaborate themselves). The level design did need work, but considering Crash's abilities, there wasn't much to do. If he had his sliding, sprinting and crawling abilities from the old games, you'd have a real chance to innovate.

Tiny's change is not very explainable, but since his name has tiger in it, it fits better. And not many people know of the Tasmanian Tiger. The only real problem is his voice and wimpy mannerism. N-Gin progressed logically if you think about it. N-Brio looks the same, but acts kinda weird. Nina looks fine.
@vgman94 I don't think it's much a case of do they reflect their real life counterparts however. Sonic is based on an obscure animal (in the US anyway, hedgehogs are common in the UK) however he has an iconic design that people connect to the character, not the species, enough people complained just for changing his eye color and spine size. Giving the characters a fresh restyled look is a fair idea, but it too often looked like they were just changing things for the sake of changing things.

They need to get a better shape in story.

@ToonReel001 I never got into it much. The controls were very difficult for me. The only game I agree on that would be Mind Over Mutant, and only partly. There were some cutscenes (namely the 3-D ones) that kept the personalities and comedy levels in check. In my opinion, her voice was just annoying. She wasn't very endearing in any of the games, except possibly WOC, TwinSanity and some parts of Titans/MOM. But I was never that big on her as a character, thanks to her immaturity or high voice.

Crash 3 was the last great Crash game... This is the very first time I've seen gameplay of a new crash game... last time I played one was about 7 or 8 years ago.

It sucks because they ruined a concept and game play that worked. I'm all for additions to the game, but they completely revamped it. Did you know Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped sold more copies than TwinSanity, MOM, and COTT combined? There's a reason for that: the game play. "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it."

@CharlieBrownreal Yeah, I agree. Crash is actually like shit with lots of tattoos and a rocker face. The new Coco seems to be a bitch and the recent Aku Aku's visual style gave him a monkey face. This one and "Mind Over Mutant" are horrible games. Unfortunately the last good Crash game was "The Wrath Of Cortex" that has a half-destroyed Crash's history already, bu that was a good game. The only exception between the recent games of Crash bandicoot was Crash TwinSannity.

Several Reasons why I am no longer a huge fan of crash bandicoot:
1.Crash speaks raving rabbid and doesnt use "WHOA!!!!" anymore,
2.Crunch STILL is'nt playable
3.Pinstripe, dingodile, oxide, ripper roo and koala kong are gone.
4.Coco turned into a juniper lee avatar and she's become planet-sized nerd

NaughtyDog had a 3-game contract with Universal (CTR, however, wasn't included in this contract). NaughtyDog then sold the rights to Crash Bandicoot, and then they moved on to make the Jak and Daxter series, and the Uncharted Series.
The next company was Eurocom, and they released Crash Bash. Then Travellers tales made TWoC and Twinsanity. Vicarious Visions made the 3 gameboy games, and CNK.
Then Sierra bought the rights to Crash, and they ruined him. Idiot

Nobody really knows where Crash is heading right now but it was owned by Radical and then Activision (who never released a Crash game which is depressing.), but i don't know about Spyro's company right now. It sucks because they ruined a concept and game play that worked. I'm all for additions to the game, but they completely revamped it. It is more like a Jak and Daxter game, and those titles should not be similar even if they are made by the same company. They are two completely different games. Did you know Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped sold more copies than TwinSanity, MOM, and COTT combined? There's a reason for that: the game play. "If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it."

It's boring and revamping it is a good idea after that amount of time. Crash Bandicoot Warped is overrated and also much older than the other games. Wait until TwinSanity, MOM and COTT get as old as Warped is now and then judge the sales. It should be much closer. If it ain't broke, fix it anyway. It'd get boring without TRUE
