@chimpo3003 wtf are you talking about? apparently you didn't watch the appeal. they found NO DNA match for knox, NO FINGERPRINTS tied to knox, NOTHING AT ALL. that's how she was innocent, and she was always innocent, because the italians fucked up in the first place. i hope she makes a million dollars from this, due to her suffering FOUR YEARS IN PRISON FOR SOMETHING SHE DIDN"T DO. end of story.
i thought the way the italian authorities handled this was appauling. as big a fuck up as you can possibly make without costing someone their life. shame on them for this. welcome home amanda. :)
Ok...I know it´s weird to say this but here it goes...Thumbs up if you have, are or will jerk off while thinking of Amanda Knox, the hottest assassin on earth! =D
@chimpo3003 Wrong. In so many ways. She deserves to make a fortune...I hope she does. She was wrongly accused...wrong convicted. The real tragedy here is that the actual killer only got 16 years. Welcome home Amanda!
@Roseywellian The judge found her not guilty, but declared afterwards that he couldn°t tell if she was guilty or not,, depending on the fact that they found no evidence to convict her and we have the scientific police to thank for that.since the exhibits were contaminated...Guede accused her and Raffaele even though there is no proof of them having met each other before the trial and Amanda wrongly accused Lumumba, so I wouldn°t go as far as wrongly accused... there will remain a doubt
@Sarah87cute You are trying to claim that the dna evidence against her was thrown out simply becuase of bad police work...the only dna "evidence" they had was on a kitchen knife that didnt even match the stab wounds & then they discovered the blade had bread on it not meriediths dna. They didnt have any problems finding dozens of dna samples to put Rudy at the scene. 46 days after the murder they supposedly discover a miniscule amount of RS dna on a bra clasp? Yes wrongly accused. No doubt.
I find all the cheering, whooping etc from the supporters rather inappropriate. Whether Amanda was innocent or not, a young woman was still brutally murdered.
@Quadboik Oh please. I guarantee if you were to go to jail in a foreign country for 4 years for something you didnt do, then finally came home, your friends and family would be cheering for you. And I promise that you woudnt find so "inappropriate".
This case clearly shows the cultural difference between Italy and the United States when it comes to the guilt of suspects.
In Italy your are found guilty or innoccent.
In the United States you are found Guilty or Not-Guilty.
In the United States, if the government cannot prove to 99.9% certainty that you did it...then you are Not-Guilty. In Italy it is clear that the suspect has to prove there innocence. The difference is subtle but important.

the fact that the break in was staged proves that somone living in that flat was guilty. she let rudy into the house. there was no break in.

@es78xx It is NOT a "fact" that it was staged. lmao That was a theory pushed by the prosecution but certainly not fact.

Yes, how could such a beautiful all american girl commit such a crime....
WAKE UP MORON!
I don't dare say if she's guilty or not but, she did lie numerous of times and that makes her very suspicious.
