i used to like these half and half tempo songs as a transition from the sexy bump&grind tunes to the pounding fast tempos...this was very characteristic of the MOTOWN disco sound.....check out the Originals' "Down to love town"
look for the long 5 minmute plus version, it was another one they chopped the hell out to make a short radio friendly version!!!
