Great use of the slide. Angled notes and a few finger notes thrown in for an interesting twist on traditional slide playing. Dobro players play on top of the neck holding the bar with the first two fingers while using the little finger to pull a string and change the chord. Pretty sweet melody. I hope Brett does well in the business.

He is not using a special tuning... He used special tunings when he started using the slide but now he has standard tuning...

Nope, Brett uses standard tuning when playing slide. As you see in the video, he's angling the slide to be able to play minor thirds for example. There is a video somewhere on youtube now, where he talks in detail about his slideplaying.
