i studied at this uni UEL at barking campus, did a Business Studies BA HONS to be honest with you i graduated in 2005 and i know someone else whos working in a bank and i dont see how these degrees help you with employers want to see soild hands on experience frist! i have written UEL on my CV hasnt get me much luck I think if u went to a better uni u get the recognition you get. Im still on mimum wage .

I hate you ppl telling me this uni sucks ...I'm not from the UK and I am coming there expecting a lot of great things I allready accepted this as a firm choice because the rank of UEL at Arhitecture is pretty good .. better than Greenwich btw and has a employment rate in the last year of study of 92% so I don't even want to hear anyrhing about it not being good i come all the way to UK for smth better IT MUST BE BETTER

UEL=new, Greenwich=old in terms of buildings. Its also a lot cheaper to live near UEL than living near Greenwich, one thing to consider. UEL is next to Cyprus dock, and LondonCity Airport is the other side, it gets a bit noisy in the summertime when you want to open windows.

greenwich is much prettier but UEL is more diverse and more fun. although, they both arent outstanding uni's, UEL is better.

hmm not sure if UEL is better. i have been hearing alot of good things about greenwich. I think students are more satisfied there than uel. But im going westminister uni so im fine.

check the stats. students with degrees in greenwich has a higher percentage in employment than uel.hey im not lying just find it out by yourself.

for computing, greenwich got 75% chance of employment while uel got 55% chance of employment. depends on the course though. but business in UEL is the lowest, 25% chance

Good video. Shitty campus. Bad design. I suspect that the Docklands campus was designed by a second year architecture student. The atrium leaks when it rains. Not enough lifts. I found the location itself to be depressing. It's too bad that they closed the Barking campus in favour of Dockands. Barking at least looked like a university campus.

After spending 2 years in this shit-hole made me realise why it's ranked 108 out of the 115 uni's in england. Go here ONLY if u can't get in no where else and yer broke. Most leave and gain entry to proper uni's after their first year. Avoid this place like the plague!

Had the same problems as you, along with a drunk lecturer, lecturers not turning up, poor teaching and general lack of care for students at this uni.They just want your money.

I agree with SeeHearLearn, the explanation of each building was good idea. however he forgot to mention about the Knowledge Dock, thats where I spend most of my time in uni :( hope to see that too in the next videos.
